Broken Arrow just got a new brunch spot! Located on Main in the Rose District, Toast recently opened for breakfast, brunch and day drinks. Whether your morning hankering beckons something sweet, savory or even a combo of both, Toast’s sizable menu seems to offer a treat for everyone. I’m itching to try it!

On the breakfast menu you’ll find a classic-but-with-a-twist Fried Egg Sandwich ($10) with bacon, lettuce and tomato between a handmade cheddar cheese biscuit with apple horseradish crema, three versions of Benedicts including the inventive Southwest Bruschetta Benny ($10) with fresh mozzarella topped with avocado salad, two poached eggs, & cilantro pesto hollandaise on tortilla chips with balsamic drizzle and pumpkin seeds, and the Souffle Pancakes ($7) where lemon-scented, souffle-style pancakes are topped with chipotle maple syrup, vanilla butter and fresh fruit.

If lunch is what you’re after, they offer four salads, three soups and five sandwiches including the Fried Chicken Sandwich ($7) served on a fresh chedder biscuit with a fried egg, chedder cheese, and sausage gravy, and the Fried Egg & Smoked Pork Belly Burger ($10) with red onion, cheddar cheese and basil aioli. 

To wash it all down, choose among seven brunch drinks and on the menu are Cereal Milk Shots made with Rum Chata—your choice of cereal (Count Chocula, Golden Grahams, Fruit Loops, Apple Jacks or Cinnamon Toast Crunch)!
